How We Work

Overview

We have developed a unique and rigorous 4-step process to protect your interests and to ensure that you will be successful in both defining your outsourcing strategy and in implementing that strategy. Our involvement can start at any point in the project life cycle, depending on your needs.

We pride ourselves on adherence to the time-honored principles that come from our deep experience: straight talk and active listening, methodology as the driver, outstanding technical skills, extensive and deep contact network, and effective communication with you – our client. We view that relationship as a privileged one, and we are constantly driven by our expressed goal: to deliver value!

Our Unique 4-Step Process

Step 1. Outsourcing Feasibility and Scope Analysis: Is outsourcing to the Philippines a credible alternative?

  • Cost considerations
  • Technical skills availability
  • Management experience
  • Logistical support
  • Receptive environment
  • Possible scope of operations to be outsourced

Step 2. Proof of Concept: Will it work?

  • Testing the concept against the reality of doing business in the Philippines
  • Defining parameters of success: e.g., quality and productivity levels, turnaround time, cost efficiencies, communications infrastructure and overheads.
  • Maintaining client confidentiality while completing the analysis.

Step 3. Implementation Strategy Formulation: How will we make it work within budget and time constraints?

  • Constructing the project with a top-down approach
  • Selecting people/companies with whom to work
  • Doing a detailed budget
  • Setting-up a time and resource-based implementation plan
  • Planning for migration of work to the offshore location
  • Defining “service level agreements”, that commit the parties to performance execution

Step 4. Project Management and Continuous Improvement: What must we do to achieve project goals?

  • Ensuring the operational application of best practices to ensure smooth execution
  • Adherence to the project schedule so that costs will be controlled and commitments will be met
  • Continuous reporting and communication via both formal and informal means
  • Rigorous project tracking using network-based project management tools
  • Follow-up monitoring to measure both cost and quality impacts
