News Telesource Selects WinSource for CRM Services (November 7, 2005 - GlobalSourcingNow) - Telesource, a US-based construction firm, has selected WinSource, a Philippines-based CRM provider, for providing call center services.
According to Telesource, the expertise of WinSource in providing similar services led to its selection. Further, the Philippine CRM industry is currently growing at its fastest rate. A supportive government framework, in addition to a substantial labor resource, has also contributed to the selection.
Recently, IBM had also announced the launch of a new Global Delivery Center in the Philippines, focusing on Business Transformation Outsourcing (BTO) services. (Comment from O2P: WinSource is a new player in the call center industry. This is a nice win for them and a good sign that business continues to be good for the call center industry.
