Frank Holz, CEO
Frank Holz was one the key industry partners responsible for developing and marketing Accenture's Global Resource Center in Manila, which develops software and other technology-driven solutions for Accenture clients the world over. That center alone currently employs approximately 4,000 ITES specialists and administrative staff, and has been a pioneer in software development and shared services outsourcing in the Philippines. He has also worked extensively with the Philippine government and aid agencies in the development of public policy supporting ITES development.

Gregory L. Domingo, Director
Gregory L. Domingo served as Undersecretary for the Industry and Investments Group (IIG) of the Department of Trade & Industry (DTI). He was concurrently the Vice-Chairman and Managing Head of the Board of Investments (BOI), the lead investments promotion and industry development agency of the Philippine government. As IIG Undersecretary of DTI, Mr. Domingo was tasked with the promotion of the Philippines as an investment destination, the improvement of the Philippine’s industrial competitiveness, and the development of key industry sectors. He has served in a variety of senior positions at Chemical Bank, First Boston, Drexel Burnham Lambert, and Mellon Bank in the U.S. and the Philippines.

Michael Alan Hamlin, Director
Michael Alan Hamlin has worked extensively in the IT and ITES sectors in a marketing and communications role. As a member of the Business Development Committee of the Information Technology and E-Commerce Council he developed a strategic communication program for the Philippines' ITES sectors, and he currently assists the Center for International Trade Expositions and Meetings (CITEM) in the promotion of the annual e-Services conference and exhibition. Hamlin is also an author and has written extensively on country marketing.
